Returns Policy

All products are inspected before dispatch to ensure they are new and in good condition.

Returns must be pre-approved by Halo 4×4 Accessories. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. If you believe an item is faulty or not as described, you must contact us via email with a detailed explanation, including photos or videos where possible.

Items must be inspected upon arrival for defects, damage, or missing components before installation or use. Products that have been used, installed, or modified are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

We may request supporting evidence such as images or videos for assessment. Where a fault is verified, we may offer replacement parts, a replacement product, or a partial refund, depending on the issue.

Returns are only accepted if items are:

In original, unused condition
In original packaging
Free from damage caused after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

We are not responsible for damage caused during installation due to incorrect fitting or handling. Professional installation is strongly recommended for all automotive parts and accessories. Refunds or replacements will not be provided for damage resulting from improper installation.

Instruction manuals are included where stated. If you require installation guidance, we can provide instructions where available, but professional fitting is advised.

Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or resale reasons, particularly where packaging seals are broken.

Return requests for items requiring assembly or installation must be made before assembly or installation takes place.

For manufacturer warranty claims requiring professional installation, a fitting invoice and supporting evidence may be required.

Approved warranty claims may qualify for replacement parts. Diagnostic or labour costs are not covered. If items need to be returned for inspection, return shipping costs may not be covered.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we are not responsible for installation or labour costs where parts are missing, incorrect, or where the customer changes their mind. Buyers and installers must verify product suitability and completeness before installation.

Pre-order items may arrive earlier or later than estimated depending on shipment schedules. Customers will be notified of significant delays.

Refunds Policy

Refunds will only be processed once returned items are received and inspected in their original condition. If returned goods show signs of damage or use beyond initial inspection, we may refuse the refund and return the item at the customer’s expense.

Delivery Policy

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days of purchase, subject to stock availability. Delivery timeframes generally range from 1–6 business days after dispatch, depending on location and shipping method.

Customers must ensure delivery details are correct. Additional redirection charges may apply if incorrect information is provided.

Delivery times for road express services are usually 1–6 business days. Air express services, where available, may deliver within 2 business days across most of Australia. Remote areas may experience additional delays.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information once provided. Late deliveries should be followed up directly with the freight provider.

Halo 4×4 Accessories is not liable for losses arising from late deliveries. Delays do not entitle customers to cancel orders or claim compensation. We are also not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has been completed.
