Halo 4x4 Accessories does not accept refunds or returns for the following reasons:
•Change of mind
•Incorrect use or misuse of products
•Issues or circumstances beyond our control
Refunds or returns will only be accepted if:
•The product does not fit the specified vehicle make and model, or
•The item has a verified manufacturing defect
All claims must be submitted within 30 days of receipt. Claims lodged after this period will not be accepted.
Orders may be cancelled within 30 days of purchase, excluding colour-coded or custom-finished items.
For bullbar orders cancelled after 30 days, a 20% cancellation fee will apply. This is due to each bullbar being manufactured specifically for the customer.
All products are thoroughly inspected before dispatch, and no damaged or defective items leave our warehouse.
Any claims relating to loss or damage during transit must be lodged directly with the freight provider.
Installation services are currently unavailable through Halo 4x4 Accessories. We strongly recommend professional installation. Halo 4x4 Accessories accepts no liability for damage to products or vehicles resulting from improper or non-professional installation.
